TO BUILDERS – Royal Engineer’s Office, Portsmouth. Tenders will be received by the honourable Board of Ordnance, at their office Pall Mall, London, on Monday, 4th December 1854, from such persons as may be willing to undertake the CONSTRUCTION of a GLACIS in REAR of the BATTERY at LITTLEHAMPTON.
